1. How does the ordering process work at Zelentics?

After you have selected your desired products, place them in the shopping cart and click on "Complete order" . You will then receive an automatic order confirmation . The purchase contract is concluded when we expressly accept your order and confirm the dispatch of the goods.


2. What payment methods are offered?

We offer the following secure payment methods :

SEPA direct debit

All payments are made securely through Shopify Payments .


3. How long does production and delivery take?

🛠 Production time: 2-5 working days (since each product is manufactured individually after receipt of the order)

📦 Delivery times after shipping:

  • Germany :
    • Standard: 5–10 working days ( free of charge )
    • Express: 1–3 working days ( 14.79€ )
  • European Union (EU) :
    • Standard: 5–10 working days ( free of charge )
    • Express: 1–3 working days ( 22.19 € )

Total delivery time = production time + shipping time

  • Standard shipping: 7–15 business days
  • Express shipping: 3–8 business days

4. Which countries does Zelentics deliver to?

📍 We only deliver to Germany and the European Union (EU).


5. Is there a right of return or cancellation?

Since our products are individually manufactured , there is basically no right of cancellation according to Section 312g Paragraph 2 No. 1 BGB .

🔹 Defective or faulty items: Please contact us within 30 days using our contact form and attach photos of the defect .
🔹 Wrong size choice: Returns are not possible, but as a gesture of goodwill we will offer you a discount on your next order .


6. Are your products sustainable?

🌿 Sustainability is our focus.
We use environmentally friendly materials and rely on resource-saving production processes . Our products are only manufactured after an order has been placed in order to avoid overproduction and to make an active contribution to environmental protection.


7. Can I cancel my order?

Since production begins immediately after receipt of the order , cancellation is usually no longer possible .
