General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed by customers via the Zelentics online shop ( www.zelentics.com ). Any deviating or additional terms and conditions of the customer do not apply unless Zelentics expressly agrees to their validity in writing.

3. Offer and conclusion of contract

🛍 Offer:
The presentation of the products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer , but rather a non-binding invitation to order . Errors and technical changes are reserved.

🛒 Order:
By clicking on the button "Complete order" the customer submits a binding offer to purchase . The automatic email confirmation does not constitute acceptance of the contract .

✅ Contract acceptance:
A contract is only concluded when Zelentics expressly accepts the order – either by a further e-mail confirmation or by dispatching the goods .

4. Prices and payment terms

💰 Prices:
All prices are final prices including VAT . Shipping costs are calculated separately and displayed before completing the order.

💳 Payment methods:
We accept the following secure payment methods :

All payments are made securely through Shopify Payments .

5. Production, Delivery & Shipping

🛠 Production time:
All products are individually manufactured after the order is received to avoid overproduction . Production takes 2-5 working days .

📦 Delivery area:
We only deliver within Germany and the European Union (EU) .

🚚 Delivery times after shipping:

  • Germany:
    • Standard shipping: 5–10 business days ( free )
    • Express shipping: 1–3 working days ( 14.79 € )
  • European Union (EU):
    • Standard shipping: 5–10 business days ( free )
    • Express shipping: 1–3 working days ( 22.19 € )

⏳ Total delivery time = production time + shipping time

  • Standard shipping: 7–15 business days
  • Express shipping: 3–8 business days

📌 Note: Shipping times may vary depending on the destination country and carrier.

6. Right of withdrawal and complaints

❌ No right of withdrawal:
Since our products are individually manufactured, there is basically no right of cancellation according to Section 312g Paragraph 2 No. 1 BGB .

📸 Complaints about defects:
If an item is damaged or faulty, you must submit a complaint within 30 days using our contact form . Please enclose photo documentation of the defect .

📏 No return if you choose the wrong size:
Exchanges or returns due to incorrect size selection are not possible. As a gesture of goodwill, we offer a discount on your next order .

7. Retention of title

The delivered goods remain the property of Zelentics until full payment has been made.

8. Warranty and Liability

🔧 Warranty:
The statutory warranty rights apply. Obvious defects must be reported within 30 days of receipt of the goods .

⚖ Liability:

  • We are liable without limitation for damage to life, body or health.
  • We are only liable for other damages in cases of intent or gross negligence.

10. Dispute settlement

📌 Note according to Section 36 of the Consumer Dispute Settlement Act (VSBG):

11. Applicable Law

⚖ German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods .
📍 Place of jurisdiction: To the extent permitted by law, the registered office of Zelentics is the place of jurisdiction.

12th Severability Clause

Should any provision of these terms and conditions be invalid , the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected . The statutory provisions shall apply in place of the invalid provision.
